Titus 2:4-5

Then they can urge the younger women to love their husbands and children, to be self-controlled and pure, to be busy at home, to be kind, and to be subject to their husbands, so that no one will malign the word of God.

Titus 2:4‭-‬5 NIV

Hello WordPress,

It’s good to be back.  A lot has happened since my last post (which was two years ago??).

I got married October 20, 2018 to my best friend, Richard.  I also took my first set of boards for medical school this year and started my clinical rotations.  Super weird how much can change in such a short period of time.  But also weird that I feel like nothing else has really happened lol.  Truthfully though, I know there’s so much I’d like to write about over the things that have happened and that I’ve learned in the last two years.

However, right now I just wanted to post this Bible verse.  I feel like as a married woman, this Scripture talks a little about one of my callings: to love my husband.  And that’s just kind of something I want to dwell on today.  🙂 For the unmarried women, take note that this Scripture does apply to you too: calling you to be self-controlled, pure and kind. ❤️

So I hope you’ll forgive me for not writing much–I tried writing a whole long blog post, and there was just to much to say haha.
